At Website Properties, Inc (WPI), we specialize in the listing and sales of websites and internet businesses. If your online business, blog, forum or website is in a related industry (business opportunities, businesses for sale, business brokers, home based business ideas, work from home business, business MLS service, franchises, etc.), your site may be a good fit for participation in our Affiliate Program!
Participation in our affiliate program could mean thousands of dollars for your business just for directing your clients to our site. Our affiliate program pays program members a commission for two types of leads:
Sellers - If your affiliate link directs a client to our site that ultimately chooses to list their online business for sale with Website Properties, we will pay you an affiliate commission based on a percentage of the commission we collect from the sale of their site at closing. The commission values start at 5% of the commissions we earn at close and increases up to 10% as the volume of commissions we collect as a result of your leads increases over time.
Buyers - If your affiliate link directs a client to our site that ultimately chooses to buy a business that we have listed, we will pay you an affiliate commission of 2.5% of the commissions we earn at close from the business purchased by your buyer lead.
These commissions can quickly add up to a significant revenue stream for your business. An average Website Property listing sells for $500,000 or more which could earn you an affiliate commission of $1,250 for helping us find a buyer and up to $5,000 for helping us find the property seller. Either way, each Website Property sale you assist with will return Big Cash!

Of course the Internet is a big place, and we cannot list all of the characteristics of every business that will be a great match for our affiliate program. So if you feel your business may be a good fit, please complete an Affiliate Program application form and we will be happy to review your site and get back to you.
If you would like to participate in the Website Properties Affiliate Program please complete our affiliate application form. After we have received your application we will review your site to ensure it meets our program requirements. Once we have approved your account, we will send you a link to our Affiliate Resource Center where you will be able view the various affiliate banners, text links, and also check your traffic stats.
By using the links, banners and other material from our Affiliate Program, you are acknowledging your enrollment in our Affiliate Program and are bound by its Terms of Service (TOS).
